We want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of delivery. Due to hygiene standards, items must be in their original packaging and at least 75% full to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely place the items in their original box or any sturdy packaging, ensuring the caps are tightened to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
